A few weeks ago, I mentioned that there is some buzz in the blogosphere that Agile and lisp may be converging as the future of programming at Microsoft. In the comments, Jeremy Miller asked me "how or where a functional language approach is advantageous" and I suggested that someday I might follow up on why.
Well, Sriram Krishnan has provided both a good start on answering that question, and pointers to a whole lot more resources, so for now at least I will simply refer you to him.
